Associate Professor Guillermo Gomez, known to many as GG, is once again running to raise vital funds for Glioblastoma Research and Clinical Trials in South Australia.
He will take on the No Time To Die Frontyard Ultra, a last-person-standing endurance event through the trails and paths of Victoria Parklands. GG will complete a 6.71 km loop every hour, on the hour, for as long as he can, pushing his limits to support this important cause.

GG’s dedication to glioblastoma research is deeply personal. In September 2025, he embarked on an extraordinary challenge: running 242 kilometres over three days from Barmera to the City-Bay finish line in Glenelg.
This run honoured the 242 South Australians diagnosed with brain cancer each year and aimed to raise both awareness and crucial funds for glioblastoma clinical trials.
The journey wasn’t just a physical feat—it was powered by courage, community, and hope, demonstrating GG’s commitment to making a real difference in the lives of those affected by this aggressive disease.
