You don't have to face a brain tumour journey alone.

The Adelaide Brain Tumour Support Group (ABTSG) is a welcoming and supportive community for people affected by brain tumours, including patients, family members and carers.

The group provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand the unique challenges that can come with a brain tumour diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Whether you are newly diagnosed, living with a brain tumour, supporting someone you love, or navigating life after treatment, you are welcome.

A place to connect, share and support

A brain tumour diagnosis can bring uncertainty, isolation and many questions. Connecting with people who have experienced something similar can make a real difference.

The Adelaide Brain Tumour Support Group provides a safe and supportive space to:

  • Connect with other people affected by brain tumours
  • Share experiences and stories
  • Give and receive support
  • Take part in regular social catch-ups
  • Build friendships and connections within the brain tumour community

Everyone affected by a brain tumour is welcome, including patients, family members and carers.

Monthly catch-ups

The group holds regular catch-ups, providing an opportunity to meet face-to-face in a relaxed and informal setting.

Monthly catch-ups are held on the first Sunday of each month, with locations varying around Adelaide.

Come along for a coffee, a chat and the opportunity to connect with others who understand the brain tumour journey.

Details of upcoming catch-ups are shared through the Adelaide Brain Tumour Support Group Facebook community.
