In Loving Memory of Anthony “Tony” Walsh

Tony lived life with passion, curiosity, and warmth—a life tragically cut short by a hit-and-run accident that caused a fatal traumatic brain injury. He leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend, Christine; his siblings Angela, Kate, and Tim; Christine’s family, Michael and Kerry; and countless others whose lives he touched. Whether on the golf course, sharing a love of food and wine, cheering on football, or in his professional work as a clinical neuropsychologist, Tony brought joy, knowledge, and kindness to everyone around him.

In honour of Tony’s life and legacy, family and friends continue to support traumatic brain injury (TBI) research and the NeuroSurgical Research Foundation (NRF) through fundraising as Team Tony Tony Tony at the City-Bay Fun Run. To date, they have raised $26,000 for TBI research, funding the Anthony Walsh TBI Scholarship.

Donations to the NRF in Tony’s memory provide a lasting tribute. Your support will help advance vital research into the prognosis and outcomes for those living with TBI, continuing Tony’s legacy of caring and commitment to others.
