Date & Time: From 6:00 PM, Friday 13th June to 6:00 PM, Saturday 14th June
Location: Happy Valley Reservoir & Surrounding Trails
Join Alex and Oscar on a heartfelt 24-hour running challenge to raise funds and awareness for the NeuroSurgical Research Foundation (NRF).
Your support means the world. Help the guys reach their goal and keep the momentum going!
The Run
We'll kick things off at 6:00 PM on Friday, running a 10km loop along the roads and trails surrounding Happy Valley Reservoir (as the reservoir is closed overnight).
Once the gates open at 7:30 AM on Saturday, we’ll continue running on the dirt trails inside the reservoir—all the way through to 6:00 PM.
The goal? Keep moving for 24 hours, with maybe just a few quick naps in between!
Why We’re Running
This run is personal. Alex and Oscar have been deeply impacted by brain cancer. Oscar’s brother Jordan and Alex’s dad were both diagnosed with this disease. It’s also how they became close mates.
"We’re lucky to be healthy, and we’re running for those who can’t. Every step we take is for the fighters, the survivors, and the memories of those we’ve lost."
How You Can Get Involved
Come down and run, jog, or walk a loop with us—whether it’s for 10 minutes or 10 kilometres.
Donate to NRF and help us support brain cancer research.
Just show up to cheer us on! Every bit of support means the world.
Note: All participation is at your own risk. We’re not responsible for any injuries or mishaps along the way—this is a grassroots, community-driven effort.
