Patrick of Coonawarra’s founder, Patrick Tocaciu was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour in 2011 and tragically passed away in 2013. The Winery is now run by his son, Luke Tocaciu, and has been a major contributor to the NRF over the last 10 years, donating over $40,000.
We are so grateful to the Tocaciu family for their incredible ongoing support, including participating in City-to-Bay, raising money through cellar door tastings, and donating wine for events and prizes.
Be sure to head down to their cellar door in July to sample one of the hidden treasures from Pat's cellar. Pat's famous 'Chook Shed' Rare Tawny, aged 50 years is making a special appearance for a limited time only.
