You are invited to attend the launch of the TAR Dinning Memorial Neurosurgical Scholarship at a Grand High Tea at Ayers House on Sunday 18th April 2021.
The Dinning family is establishing the TAR Dinning Memorial Neurosurgical Scholarship. The NRF is raising funds to grow this generous Donation. Dr Trevor AR Dinning CMG: leading Adelaide neurosurgeon, NRF founder along with Prof Donald Simpson AO and NRF past President.
Dr Dinning’s daughters Nadia Kingham and Anthea Dinning have generously donated to establish the scholarship, which will fund a $5,000 annual scholarship to enable neurosurgical trainees to complete training or attend conferences to further their knowledge and opportunities.
Nadia said, “Our father was passionate about his profession and was exceedingly generous in sharing his skills and experience with younger doctors. The establishment of the NRF was particularly important to him, as he felt that it would enable South Australia to be recognised as a centre of excellence in the field of neurosurgical research.”
The launch will celebrate the creation of this new scholarship. Ongoing fundraising will be required to grow the scholarship fund and that is where you our dedicated NRF members come in.
We are looking for NRF members to:
1. Be a Table Captain and bring a table of 10 people - $1,200.00.
2. Purchase a ticket to attend the High Tea - $120.00 per person.
3. Contribute a donation to the NRF.
